I have broad experience of dispute resolution and employment law, acting for SME’s and individuals in many areas of civil and commercial litigation including contentious probate/disputed Wills, building disputes, property ownership disputes, professional negligence, landlord and tenant disputes, breach of contract, debt recovery.
I advise employers and employees on workplace disputes including negotiating settlement agreements, discipline and grievance procedures, as well as cases in the employment tribunal.
I am very focussed on achieving the best outcomes for my clients, and promote mediation or other alternative dispute resolution as a means of resolving disputes at an early juncture, avoiding unnecessary delay and costs.
