Profile

I am an experienced company and commercial lawyer with more than 30 years of experience. I retired as a partner from Charles Russell Speechlys in 2019 following illness. I have extensive experience of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, finance documents, partnership and LLP agreements, operation and maintenance agreements, terms of supply agreements, general terms and conditions of trading and corporate insolvency.

This experience includes advising the shareholders of Nxtera on the sale of the company to a US buyer for £15m, advising WS Atkins on their sale of their facilities management division, advising French contractor Bouygues on their acquisition of JB Leadbitter Limited, advising the shareholders of London Array (the worlds largest off shore windfarm) on issues relating to their shareholders’ agreement.
