Profile

I am a senior employment solicitor. I deal with a broad range of employment law matters, from assisting start-ups with their first foray into the world of employment law, to advising businesses on complex day-to-day employee management issues, termination and post-termination disputes. My focus in on delivering clear, tailored, commercial solutions.

I draw on my 20+ years’ employment law work experience in the City. After training with Baker & McKenzie, I first moved on to a boutique employment law firm and then spent 13 years with the employment team at Nabarro (Now CMS). Most recently I worked as a Senior PSL in the employment & incentives team at Linklaters.

Over the years I have worked with a broad range of businesses, HR teams and senior executives. I aim to equip my clients with straightforward answers to their questions, a clear understanding of their options and the confidence to act. To further support my clients, I often develop and deliver employment law and HR training.

Outside of work I focus on my family and friends. I am often seen supporting my children by the tennis court or rugby pitch, assisting local amateur dramatic groups’ theatrical productions or getting covered in flour while baking yet another cake.
